Located at the waters edge, our camp was built in 2004 and features an open floor plan with 180 degrees of lake views from our deck on the point. Two decks and a porch offer plenty of outdoor seating in the sun or in the shade - where you will enjoy spectacular sunsets, the call of the loons, and gorgeous night skies. Inside, the kitchen is a cook's delight and you can't beat those views. If you would rather just toss something on the grill as you toss a salad, that will work too! The main bedroom is on the first floor, with a king-sized bed, 2 dressers, and large closet. The bath is small but efficient, and is also on the first floor. Kids enjoy the loft bedroom with its cozy nook where they have a birds-eye view of the lake and first floor. The loft has a queen-sized bed a Twin Size Bed and room for sleeping bag or two. The property is nestled in a small cove with a sandy bottom, great for swimming, fishing, or just floating. We have a large dock for your boat and easy access stairs off the dock leading to a nice sandy spot. For fishermen, Snow Pond is a dream spot. The lake was named one of Americas 150 Best in 2007 according to Field & Stream. Trout, Bass and huge Northern Pike, are all here waiting for you to cast a line.

Ours is a four season home on 1.75 acres. The house boasts 100 foot private waterfront, with a sandy beach area. Snow Pond or Messalonskee Lake, (it is know by both names) is 9 miles long. It boasts great fishing for pike, salmon, large and small mouth bass, black crappies and all water sports. It is one in the chain of connected Belgrade Lakes. While we have a private well on site, Snow Pond is the fresh water supply for the town of Oakland. This four season house sleeps 8, with 1 queen, 2 full, 2 twin, and a sofa bed, in family room. It is a three level, beautifully decorated, inviting, comfortable home. Two bedrooms, a laundry room and bathroom with tub, an open concept kitchen, dinning room and living room with wood and tiles floors through out comprise the first level. The fully carpeted second level has a master bedroom with views of the lake and a second bedroom, and full bath with shower. The carpeted family room on the ground floor is fully finished with sliding glass doors to a patio for play and entertainment and lovely lake views and access. A gas Webber grill is waiting for your use on the deck along with a comfortable patio set. The deck is accessible from two double sliding glass doors off the living and dining rooms. It offers the perfect place to start or end the day and for your outdoor lake view dining. Your home away from home has: a full kitchen with gas stove, stainless steel appliances, including oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. For your food prep there is a coffee pot, ( duel use, carafe and coffee pod) toaster, crock pot, lobster pot, all dishes, glasses, including plastic glasses and a set of melamine dishes for outdoor use, utensils, cook and serve ware. Other amenities included are: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, common kitchen spices, all towels and linens, (bath and kitchen towels only, please bring your own beach towels for the waterfront use) laundry soap, an iron and ironing board, and washer and dryer in the laundry room. Should you need them there are cleaning supplies, a first aid kit and two fire extinguishers and two vacuums. For your indoor entertainment a flat screen tv with dvd is on the wall in the kitchen. This is not hooked up to the internet but is for DVD use only. A large flat screen TV is in the family basement room with a DVD player, Chromecast and Bose sound system. Broadband WiFi and Cable are included. We also have a desk for your computer in the family room and board games and movies for a rainy day. Enjoy the sounds of the lake and lake front views from the kitchen, dinning room, living room, master bedroom and family room! Walk into the lake from the sandy beach or jump in from the dock. There are three supermarkets, churches and a synagogue close by and movie cinemas, plus a multitude of fine dinning choices are available. The loft sleeps four comfortably with its two bedrooms and full bathroom. The loft is an air conditioned unit that overlooks the lake. This unit also includes a gas grill with one free tank of gas; the renter is responsible for refilling during the week if needed. A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper is provided. Although the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked, the renter is encouraged to bring their favorite beach towel or lawn chair to use at the lake! A washer & dryer is also included with this rental.. Dogs are welcomed but must be leashed when other people are present. WiFi is suitable for emailing but not broadband for games! The beautiful living room has the original wooden floors and an unbelievable fieldstone fireplace that gives the feeling you are deep in the woods of Maine. But don't be completely fooled! It has new furniture with two recliners, a 55" flat screen HD TV with cable, and wifi that reaches the entire property. It also has a monitor heater for those chilly nights. Our fully functioning kitchen has modern appliances and a full size refrigerator to allow home cooked meals. Our bathroom has a full sized shower/tub combo, a washer and dryer, and a monitor heater to take the nip off if it gets a bit cool. Bedroom #1 is located on the main floor with a queen size bed with a new mattress. The room is smaller, but has a dresser and a closet. Bedroom #2 is located upstairs. It is a large, enclosed loft and is very spacious. There is a sleigh bed with a brand new king size mattress, a bunk bed with a twin on top (meant for a child) and a full size bottom mattress (again new mattresses), and a closet with many dressers. The A/C upstairs will make sure sleeping is comfortable on those hot nights, or you can open the windows and let the breeze from the lake lull you to sleep. Morning coffee on the sun porch, or outside on the deck? Relaxation is a given. How about sitting in the Adirondack chairs lakeside next to the fire pit? Whatever you choose it will be perfect! Fire up the Weber gas grill for the family cookout and use our family size picnic table, or go for a paddle on our kayaks. Listen for the loons, watch the ducks, and have a campfire at night in our fire pit. Located only 7 miles from the heart of the Augusta shopping district and the nearest Interstate exit, convenience is a short distance away. This cabin is one of few remaining original structures from the once popular cottage community called "Log Haven". Located a very short walk from the shores of Great Pond, "Cabin 8" is your home away from home. Sitting in the living-room or on the screened front porch one can see reflections off the lake. The log cabin is sunny, inviting, spacious, and homey. The three bedroom, one bath "camp" is the perfect place to spend your days reading and relaxing. Or you can hang out on your personal lakeside dock for swimming, boating, or counting the loons. Because of our location on Great Pond's prime eastern shore, most evenings are spent dockside watching the golden sunset; henceforth, the nickname for Great Pond as being “Golden Pond.” The log cabin was originally built in the 1950’s. Walls came tumbling down when we renovated Cabin 8 in 2011. Now a large great room combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. A new wood stove has been placed within the old stone fireplace. The camp is cozy and elegant, tastefully decorated without being stuffy. There is a screened porch that has a sitting area as well as a dining table. One can sit on the porch to read, have a meal, or listen to the birds. An additional outdoor deck gives space to sip morning coffee in the sunshine. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two additional bedrooms each outfitted with a set of twin beds. All three bedrooms open to lovely views of the Maine woods. The bathroom has a full shower. Great Pond is known for the quality of its water. The lake is pristine. The topography of the shoreline at our camp allows children to easily swim along the rocky shallows of the lake. There is a gradual slope to the lake bottom so the water is shallow enough for children to easily swim, yet at the end of the dock the water is deep enough to allow for easy access for a power boat to get in and out from the dock. Kayaks, canoes, row boats, sailboats, power boats and pontoon boats are all welcome. Many a smallmouth bass has been caught right from the dock or from a boat trolling the lake. Fishing is fun on Great Pond. We are located 15 minutes from Waterville or 20 minutes from Augusta. One can find fine restaurants, shopping, and other amenities in both locations. The garage is included, with 2 bays for your use. The paved driveway is level and great for kids to play in, ride bikes, etc. The location is convenient - mid-way between Waterville and Augusta. You can drive to town in 17-20 minutes for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment, or to get on the interstate in either direction. Connect with nature and your loved ones in a unique environment. The Space: Take some time to walk along the brook. Sit and meditate on the island at the point. Find a quiet spot to read, take a nap, or do yoga. Hop in a canoe or kayak and go exploring. To your right off the dock, you can follow the brook to the beaver dams. Portage the dam and explore the waterways meandering through the backwoods. Go to your left off the dock and you’ll reach Belgrade Stream. From here you can access miles of brooks, streams, and lakes. You’ll spot a variety of wildlife - ducks, geese, beavers, turkeys, deer, owls, woodpeckers, eagles, a variety of songbirds, maybe even a loon or two. If you seek an urban experience we're only 15 minutes from Augusta and Hallowell and wonderful music, food, drinks, art, pubs, and more. Finish off the evening with a warm fire and star gazing. This campsite is off-the-grid, offering the chance to relax, unplug, and experience nature! There is no electricity or WiFi, and cell service is hard to come by. You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise. When it comes to bathrooms, this campsite comes with a solar camp shower (that will be filled with water and can be hung anywhere around your campsite you feel comfortable) as well as an outdoor camp toilet (you'll line the loo with a provided CleanWaste bag, do your duty, then remove the bag, tie it off, and throw it in the garbage). When you arrive, you'll follow the map provided to arrive at your campsite. Parking will be closeby and dogs are always allowed! Lovingly renovated three bedroom home across the street from Colby College’s Senior Drive and Campus Trails. My husband’s grandfather built our house in the 40’s, we have done all of the renovations ourselves to create open, inviting spaces with unique touches while maintaining the original footprint. From original hardwood floors, handmade glass tiles and knobs throughout the house to a custom built bathroom with radiant floor heating and a luxurious shower, our home is a labor of love. Kitchen: new refrigerator, dishwasher and gas stove, granite countertops, garbage disposal, breakfast bar, USB outlets, handmade cabinetry, and custom backsplash all provide an enjoyable workspace to entertain. Recycling and Returnable bins are available and labeled. We don’t own a microwave. Feel free to use anything that is around. Dining/Living Room: we removed a wall (the footprint remains with different types of flooring) and love the open floor plan it provides. The TV can turn it on the wall mount to keep you company anywhere downstairs. Please read French door instructions if you use them, they use a different locking system. Bedrooms: our home offers three bedrooms. The master looks out on the front yard with a queen bed and 32”smart tv. The second features a back yard view and a king bed. “The kid’s room” has a back yard view and a queen futon. Bathroom: Radiant floor heating, custom shower, and a Bluetooth speaker for shower singing will give your day a boost. Sunroom/Entryway: this area is a work in progress, we use it for a lot of things depending on the time of year but it functions as a mud room year round. Hall closet: we know it’s weird right now, it’s a work in progress. The toilet is totally functional and provides a .25 bath downstairs if you’d like to use it. Basement: the washer/dryer are located downstairs. We also use this space for personal storage, but laundry facilities are accessible. Outside: feel free to enjoy our large yard with family/friends. We love to garden and when the time is right, our beds provide a delicious, fresh summer meal. The garden is automatically watered in the morning and evening. Please harvest only what you will use and don’t forget all the herbs on the side of the garage! We prefer any flowers be left alone, please don’t cut them. Our home uses well water that runs through a filter and a softener.

This quaint cozy 2 bedroom cottage is 15 feet from the water on 100 feet of frontage. Clean water, swimming, boating are some of the great features of this cottage. The cottage sleeps 4-5 with a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. There's a day bed on the porch. All the bedrooms have an LCD TV with a DVD player and Free Wifi !!!! It has one bathroom with a shower. Also, there's a picnic table. This a non-smoking property. Downtown Belgrade is just 10 minutes away with restaurants, country store. One of the State of Maine's best Golf courses is nearby. There is also a marina on the lake that rents boats etc. (Rowboat, Canoe at the camp available for a fee). Kyacks are available for rent at a rental store about 2 miles away. Augusta is just 15 minutes away with all the amenities you could ask for. Bring your own bed linens and towels, (note queen bed takes oversize sheets) we supply the blankets and pillows. Linens are available at additional cost. Sorry no pets. Please note that any boat needs to be approved by the owner due to dock weight restrictions.

The house has a large driveway and is surrounded by a forest that is owned by my mom and Camp Manitou for boy. You will have access to Wi-Fi and the 50" 4k Smart TV. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and smart TV. It also has an adjacent daylight room with 3 windows. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a daylight room with a futon and Apple TV. The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed and 2 windows that overlook the lake. The fourth bedroom has a new twin bed and window that overlooks the lake. The 5th bedroom has a twin bed, one window and is fully air conditioned. This room is located on the first floor across from the bathroom and near the house entrance.
